I have been to KOI several times and I consider myself a loyal customer. Lastnight I placed an order for Shrimp Mei Fun NOT knowing I had to specify my desire for it to be non-spicy. I live in Wells and had not noticed it being Singapore Mei Fun untill I got home. I called and asked about having it remade and I was told she could wash the noodels off for me to lessen the heat, I was also told that if they sat overnight in the fridge the heat would lessen. Why would I do that when I purchased my dinner for that night? Im just dissapointed with the customer service I recieved which on this night was horrible. I feel as tho I dont want to return any time soon nor the guest that I normally bring with me. I simply ordered a 11 dollar dish that I wanted remade and it still sits in my fridge tonight.

When I first ordered from Koi the food was wonderful! When I went back to pick up a different order, I told them how wonderful the food was. When I got home I proceeded to eat my food. I was a few bites in when I discovered a medium length black hair. It really is too bad that this happened. Such good food ruined by uncleanliness.

hello, i have been a regular customer to your restaurant and have always recommend it to others. i ordered my food at 9:27 and it has been 2 hours now. very dissapointed and i expect to have my next order be free of charge. i would like to continue being a patron here but now i am not sure.

Hello, my husband and I have come to Koi for the last couple years and have sadly noticed a slow decline in the quality of the food, and also the incorrect things we have received in our orders. We were unfortunately extremely disappointed particularly with the meal we received for takeout tonight. We asked for 2 handrolls and got 1 Maki roll instead, the tempura we ordered still had raw batter in it, the miso eggplant tasted about a week old, and the mooshi pork my husband ordered didn't even come with the hoisin sauce. Some of the vegetables seemed a little past as well as they tasted a bit fermented. I am not writing to ask for my money back or to cause trouble or be mean, I just thought you guys should know so your restaurant doesn't go downhill.
